Secure Shredding Services
Once your scanning project is complete, whether it be drawing scanning, document scanning or microfilm scanning and the scan data is safely on your systems, one option is for the documents, drawings or microfilms is for them to be securely disposed of. We offer a secure shredding service which can follow on from our scanning services.
Completion of a Scanning Project
Upon completion of the scanning project process, we give you free document storage or drawing storage for a period of time for you to check the scanned images. You will then be issued with a Destruction Request Note, this will need to be signed to give us authorisation to securely shred your documents. During the storage period your documents or drawings are stored in secure metal containers until the request is signed.
Confidentiality of Information
We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office for Data Protection (reg Z2002164) and have signed the Data Protection Promise, we also have confidentiality agreements already drawn up by our lawyers for both parties to sign.
