The archives are based in archiving warehouses and also underground bunkers, a perfect location regarding both security and environment.  The warehouses and bunkers are fully equipped for fire protection, intruder protection and also to provide the perfect environment for paper storage with regard to temperature and humidity. 

Scan on demand services provide clients with fast access to their information using the latest web technologies.  All information is tracked by specialist computer systems.  Each document, box and racking location is bar-coded.  At any given time every document and box is accounted for.
